Pharmacy context
The pharmacy is within a parade of shops in Weaverham, near Northwich, Cheshire. It provides a private online weight loss service through its website joodlife.com. People don’t access the premises in person instead they receive a video consultation and advice over the telephone and by email. The pharmacy delivers medicines to people’s homes. This was the first routine inspection of the pharmacy since it was registered in December 2025.

What does 'pharmacy has not met all standards' mean?
When a pharmacy has not met all standards, they are required to complete an improvement action plan, which you can find via a link at the top left of this page. We monitor progress to check the improvements are made and inspect again after six months to make sure the pharmacy is maintaining these improvements. A new report will then be published.
