Pharmacy context
This pharmacy is situated next to a health centre on a main road in a residential area. Its main activity is dispensing NHS prescriptions for people living locally. This was a reinspection following an inspection in August 2025 where the pharmacy did not meet Standards 1.6 and 2.2. This reinspection focused on those Standards which had previously not been met. The pharmacy has improved its controlled drug (CD) register record keeping and monitoring of its CD stock. In addition, all pharmacy team members have completed the appropriate qualifications for their roles.

What do the inspection outcomes mean?
After an inspection each pharmacy receives one overall outcome. This will be either Standards met or Standards not all met

What do the summary findings for each principle mean?
