Hearts Pharmacy Odd Down (1028542)

Inspection outcome: Standards met

Last inspection: 01/07/2026

Since January 2025 our inspection reports are more concise and accessible - find out more about the changes

Pharmacy context

This is a community pharmacy which is based in Odd Down in Bath. It serves its local population which was mixed in age range and background. The pharmacy opens five days a week. The pharmacy sells a range of over-the-counter medicines, dispenses NHS prescriptions, and provides treatment for some minor ailments. This was a re-inspection following an inspection in October 2025 where the pharmacy did not meet Standards 1.2 and 2.2. The inspection included, but was not limited to, the standards not met at the last inspection. The pharmacy team now had clear standard operating procedures in place that were accessible to staff. The pharmacy team were appropriately trained to carry out their roles.
