Pharmacy context
This community pharmacy provides its services at a distance. It is situated in an industrial estate in Birmingham, West Midlands. It provides NHS dispensing services mainly to care homes. Medicines are delivered to people via delivery drivers, and members of the public do not visit the pharmacy in person to collect their medicines. The pharmacy also offers the Pharmacy First Services remotely.
This was a routine inspection of the pharmacy which focused on the core Standards relating to patient safety. Not all standards were inspected on this occasion. The pharmacy was inspected in 2018.
