Pharmacy context
This pharmacy is located in a closed unit in a business centre and cannot be accessed by people in person. The pharmacy dispenses NHS prescriptions. And it supplies medicines to people residing in care homes. It also supplies some people with medicines in multi-compartment compliance packs to help them take their medicines at the right time. The pharmacy has a website (www.iconnectpharmacy.co.uk) which provides information about the pharmacy.
This was the first routine inspection of the pharmacy since it relocated from nearby premises in May 2025.
