Pharmacy context
This is a closed pharmacy situated inside HMP High Down, in Sutton, Surrey. Its sole activity is dispensing prescriptions issued by Central and North West London NHS Trust, who provides healthcare services across a number of London prisons. It does not dispense medicines for any other people, and the pharmacy cannot be accessed by the people who use its services. This was the first routine inspection of the pharmacy since it was registered in May 2024.
