Pharmacy context
This community pharmacy is situated on the main High Street of Cradley Heath. The pharmacy dispenses NHS prescriptions, private prescriptions and sells over-the-counter medicines. It also provides a range of services including seasonal flu vaccinations, and the NHS Pharmacy First service. The pharmacy supplies medicines in multi-compartment compliance packs to people who need additional support.
This was a reinspection following an inspection in April 2025 where the pharmacy did not meet Standards 1.6 and 4.3. This reinspection focused on those Standards which had previously not been met. The pharmacy had reviewed its record keeping procedures and made some improvements to help ensure the integrity of its records. Medicines were suitably stored, and recent checks had been completed to help ensure that they were fit for supply.
