Pharmacy context
This pharmacy is located in a row of shops in Harrow, Middlesex. It dispenses people’s prescriptions, sells over‐the‐counter medicines and provides health advice. It offers consultations and some medicines through the NHS Pharmacy First service. And it dispenses some people’s medicines in multi‐compartment compliance packs to help them manage their medicines. It also offers a delivery service to people locally.
This was a desktop inspection following an inspection in November 2025 where the pharmacy did not meet Standard 1.1. This reinspection focused on those Standards which had previously not been met. The pharmacy has updated the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and they are now held at the pharmacy premises for reference.
