Pharmacy context
Independently owned community pharmacy on a parade of shops on the main road running through Hayes. The pharmacy offers a range of services including dispensing prescriptions and selling a range of health and pharmacy related products. The pharmacy also provides a weight loss service and a range of travel services. And the NHS Hypertension Case Finding service.
The pharmacy was taken into new ownership by the current owner in November 2023. This was an inspection of the pharmacy which focused on the core Standards relating to patient safety. Not all Standards were inspected on this occasion. The pharmacy was last inspected in March 2016.

What do the summary findings for each principle mean?
The standards for registered pharmacies are made up of five principles. The pharmacy will also receive one of four possible findings for each of these principles. These are:
