Inspection outcome: Standards met
Last inspection: 29/01/2026
Since January 2025 our inspection reports are more concise and accessible - find out more about the changes
Pharmacy context
This is a community pharmacy which is based on a parade of shops in the centre of the city of Bath. It serves its local population who are mostly elderly and affluent. The pharmacy opens six days a week. The pharmacy sells a range of over-the-counter medicines, dispenses NHS prescriptions, dispenses medicines in multi-compartment compliance aids and provides treatment for a range of minor ailments.
This was a re-inspection that was focussed primarily on the standards not met during the last inspection which took place on 25 July 2025. The pharmacy had previously not met standards 1.1, 1.2 and 4.2. Since the last inspection, the pharmacy has made improvements to its working processes to address the issues previously identified.
