Pharmacy context
This retail pharmacy is situated alongside other shops and businesses. The pharmacy team regularly dispense private prescriptions issued by private hospitals and clinics located nearby. The pharmacy also dispenses a small number of NHS prescriptions, provides the NHS Pharmacy First service and sells over-the-counter medicines. Other services include a private pharmacist consultation service and seasonal flu vaccinations. A Post Office also operates from the premises.
This was the first routine inspection of the pharmacy since it relocated from nearby premises in February 2025.
