Pharmacy context
This is a community pharmacy in Fawdon, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne. It dispenses NHS prescriptions and sells a range of over-the-counter medicines. And it provides some people with multi-compartment compliance packs to help them take their medicines at the right time. It provides a range of NHS services including Pharmacy First, contraception and stop smoking and provides a delivery service taking medicines to people in their homes. This was an intelligence-led inspection of the pharmacy following information received by the GPhC. Not all standards were inspected on this occasion. The pharmacy was last inspected in March 2024 when all standards were met.
