Pharmacy context
This is a distance‐selling ‘hub’ pharmacy located on an industrial estate. It exclusively supplies people’s NHS prescription medicines in multi‐compartment compliance packs via ‘spoke’ pharmacies. This was a desktop reinspection following an inspection in August 2025 where the pharmacy did not meet Standard 2.2. This reinspection focused on those Standard which had previously not been met. The pharmacy has made some improvements and new pharmacy team members are now enrolled on appropriate training qualification courses to enable them to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills for their roles.
