Pharmacy context
This is a small distance-selling pharmacy in a business park between New Malden and Kingston-upon-Thames. It is not open for people to visit it in person as it provides its services remotely. It dispenses NHS prescriptions, mainly medicines in multi-compartment compliance packs to people who live in care homes.
This was a full routine inspection of the pharmacy. The pharmacy was last inspected in September 2017
