Pharmacy context
This pharmacy is located on in an office building in Barking, London. It does not provide any NHS services but sells over-the-counter medicines through its website and online platforms.
This was a desktop reinspection of the pharmacy following an inspection in January 2025 where the pharmacy was found to be not meeting standards 1.1, 1.5 and 4.2, but was meeting the other standards. This reinspection focused on those standards which had previously not been met. Following the last inspection, the pharmacy had undertaken a risk assessment, obtained appropriate indemnity cover for its services and introduced ID checks.
