Pharmacy context
This community pharmacy is situated in a village of Bidford-on- Avon, Warwickshire. It dispenses prescriptions, sells a range of over-the-counter medicines and it supplies medicines in multi-compartment compliance packs to people in the local community who need assistance in managing their medicines safely at home. And it provides NHS Pharmacy First service, seasonal flu vaccinations and substance misuse treatment to a handful of patients. The pharmacy also offers private weight-management and travel vaccination service under Patient Group Directions (PGDs). This was a full routine inspection of the pharmacy. The pharmacy was last inspected in October 2016 under previous ownership.
