Pharmacy context
This is a community pharmacy in a residential area in Catford, Southeast London. It provides NHS services such as dispensing and the Pharmacy First service. It supplies medicines in multi-compartment compliance packs to some people who need this additional support. And it offers a delivery service and supervised administration of certain medicines. The pharmacy previously sold a small selection of over-the-counter medicines via a third-party website.
This was a reinspection following an inspection in March 2025 where the pharmacy did not meet Standards 1.1, 3.1, 4.2, and 4.3. This reinspection focused on those Standards which had previously not been met. Following the previous inspection, the third-party website sales have moved to Pond Pharmacy. On the reinspection, the backshop area was tidier but still disorganised. Shortly after the reinspection, the pharmacy sent evidence to show that the area had been appropriately cleared.
