Pharmacy context
The pharmacy is on the high street near Mornington Crescent Station in northwest London. It dispenses NHS and private prescriptions. And it gives health advice and recommends over‐the‐counter medicines. The pharmacy’s services include delivery, substance misuse, Pharmacy First, new medicines service and seasonal flu and COVID vaccinations.
This was a full routine inspection of the pharmacy. The pharmacy was last inspected in April 2016.
