Pharmacy context

This is a community pharmacy in Dundee. It mainly provides NHS prescriptions to people. And it dispenses medicines in multi-compartment compliance packs to some people who require help with remembering to take their medicines at certain times. Team members assist people with their healthcare needs and sell medicines over the counter. And they supervise the administration of medicines for some people.

This was a routine inspection of the pharmacy which focused on the core Standards relating to patient safety. Not all the Standards were inspected on this occasion. The pharmacy was last inspected in August 2015.
