Pharmacy context
This is a community pharmacy located in a small shopping centre in the town of Blackburn, West Lothian. Its main services include dispensing NHS prescriptions, including serial prescriptions. And the pharmacy supplies medicines in multi-compartment compliance packs to help people take their medicines at the right times. Team members provide advice on minor ailments and medicines’ use.
This was a routine inspection of the pharmacy which focused on the core Standards relating to patient safety. Not all the Standards were inspected on this occasion. The last inspection of the pharmacy was in May 2015.

What do the summary findings for each principle mean?
