Pharmacy context
The pharmacy is on the high street in a residential and commercial area in northwest London. The pharmacy dispenses NHS and private prescriptions and sells medicines over the counter. It supplies medicines in multi-compartment compliance packs for people who find it difficult to take their medicines at the right time. Its services include supplying medicines for people who misuse drugs, Pharmacy First, flu and pneumonia vaccinations, new medicines service, NHS blood pressure monitoring and the pharmacy contraception service.
This was a full routine inspection of the pharmacy. The pharmacy was last inspected in June 2016.
