Pharmacy context

This community pharmacy is located in the town of Loddon near Norwich. It provides a variety of services including dispensing of NHS and private prescriptions, the New Medicines Service (NMS) and the Pharmacy First service under Patient Group Directions (PGDs). It also provides medicines in multi-compartment compliance packs to people who need extra support taking their medicines. 
This was an inspection of the pharmacy which focused on the core Standards relating to patient safety. Not all the Standards were inspected on this occasion. The pharmacy was previously inspected in October 2017 and met all standards.
