Pharmacy context
A pharmacy located within an Asda supermarket in the town of Melksham, Wiltshire. The pharmacy serves the local population which is varied in age range.
The pharmacy dispenses around 2,200 items a month and as well as the NHS Essential Services, they provide MURs, NMS, supervised consumption, influenza vaccinations, and have a contract to provide emergency access to medicines for out of hours.
Privately, the pharmacy also delivers an erectile dysfunction PGD, a malaria prophylaxis PGD and a Ventolin PGD.
The pharmacy is open from 8am to 11pm on Monday, 7am to 11pm from Tuesday to Friday, 7am to 10pm on Saturday and from 10am to 4pm on Sunday.
