Pharmacy context
An in-store supermarket pharmacy open Monday 8am to 11pm, Tuesday to Friday 7am to 11pm, Saturday 7am to 10pm and Sunday 10.30am to 4.30pm.The pharmacy typically dispenses around 8,000 NHS prescriptions a month and provides a range of other services including MURs, NMS, and PGDs for salbutamol inhalers, Malarone, Flu vaccination and EHC.
Methadone is dispensed against instalment prescriptions for four patients, one of whom takes the medicine under supervision. Buprenorphine is dispensed for two patients.The pharmacy does not offer a delivery service and does not currently dispense any medicines in MDS trays.
