Pharmacy context
The pharmacy is in a business park in Borehamwood in Hertfordshire. It operates a private prescription dispensing service only, with prescriptions received from verified prescribers (doctors/clinics). The pharmacy has a wholesale distribution authorisation (WDA). And there are appropriate licences for manufacturing activity in another part of the business.
This was the first routine inspection of the pharmacy since it was registered in August 2025.
