Pharmacy context
This community pharmacy is in the centre of Armley, a large suburb of Leeds. Its main activity is dispensing NHS prescriptions. It provides many people with their medication in multi-compartment compliance packs to help them take their medication. And it delivers medication to people's homes. The pharmacy provides other NHS services including the Pharmacy First service, and the hypertension case finding service. It also provides a private ear wax service and a private travel clinic. This was a reinspection following an inspection in August 2025 where the pharmacy did not meet Standard 2.2. This reinspection focused on this Standard which had previously not been met. Team members carrying out dispensing activities are enrolled on a suitable training course to ensure they have the skills they require to complete their roles safely and effectively.
