Pharmacy context
This pharmacy is located near a shopping centre in Grays, Essex. It dispenses people’s prescriptions, sells over‐the‐counter medicines and provides health advice. It offers consultations and some medicines through the NHS Pharmacy First service. And it dispenses some people’s medicines in multi‐compartment compliance packs to help them manage their medicines. It also offers a delivery service to people locally. This was a reinspection following an inspection in January 2026 where the pharmacy did not meet Standards 3.1 and 3.5. This reinspection focused on those Standards which had previously not been met. The pharmacy has had a premises refit since the inspection in January, and areas which raised concerns around health and safety have been appropriately addressed. The premises are now suitable for the provision of healthcare.
