Pharmacy context
This is a distance selling pharmacy located in a residential area of Telford. It does not currently provide NHS services. The pharmacy dispenses private prescriptions and also provides additional private services including a travel clinic, vitamin B12 injections, microsuction ear wax removal and weight loss services.
This was a desktop reinspection following an inspection in April 2025 where the pharmacy did not meet Standards 1.6 and 4.3. This reinspection focused on those Standards which had previously not been met. The pharmacy provided documents and photographic evidence to provide assurance that it had completed the required actions.
