Inspection outcome: Standards met

Last inspection: 01/05/2026

Since January 2025 our inspection reports are more concise and accessible - find out more about the changes

Pharmacy context

This pharmacy is set next door to Colliers Wood underground station. The pharmacy opens six days a week. It dispenses people’s prescriptions, sells over-the-counter medicines and offers health advice. And it provides a range of other private and NHS services. People can access a pharmacist-led consultation service for vaccinations, weight management, minor ailments and Vitamin B12 injections. This was a reinspection following an inspection in January 2026 where the pharmacy did not meet Standards 1.1, 1.6 and 4.3. This reinspection focused on those Standards which had previously not been met. Overall, the pharmacy has made improvements following feedback from its previous inspection. It no longer supplies homeopathic remedies that it makes up instore. And its team members know what they can and can’t do if there’s no pharmacist. The pharmacy has reviewed and strengthened the governance arrangements of its prescribing service by implementing written procedures, risk assessments and prescribing policies. And it stores medicines which require refrigeration properly.
