Pharmacy has registered for MHRA and GOV.UK safety communications, including Field Safety Notices, National Patient Safety Alerts, Device Safety Information and MHRA Safety Roundup. We will check alerts through the day via emails as well as making check-ups one the website every other day. A documented process has been implemented to review alerts promptly and take appropriate action. A Medication Recall Checklist has been introduced to record assessment of alerts, stock checks, quarantine procedures, patient notification and completion of actions taken |
