1. Update the pharmacy website to clearly state that only Ways Pharmacy Holborn supplies medicines.
2. Add the following required information to the website:
• GPhC registration number: 9012227
• Pharmacy owner: Medicine Box (Holborn) Ltd
• Superintendent pharmacist: Chenyang Ma
3. Clarify on the website that:
• All POMs are supplied via PGDs following pharmacist assessments.
• No private prescriptions are issued for online sales.
4. Create and submit a service comparison table clarifying what each pharmacy location offers.
5. screenshots and this clarification document to the GPhC as part of evidence.
