All medicines will be stored securely and in their original packaging in line with storage requirements. Any medicines currently stored incorrectly will be immediately identified and corrected. Staff will be reminded of correct storage procedures to prevent loss of critical information such as expiry dates and batch numbers and to reduce the risk of degradation, identification errors, or tampering. Routine checks will be carried out by the responsible person to ensure ongoing compliance. |
