We are now sealing MDS trays at the point of assembly, rather than at the point of checking. Fridge temperatures are being recorded daily on the PMR system by a staff member, and double checked by the Responsible Pharmacist to ensure no entries are missed. |

We have submitted the application to register the extended premises to the GPhC, and are hoping to have this extended premises registered as soon as possible. |
