And it does not review and update SOPs to provide assurance they are up-to-date and relevant for the services it provides.

Document retrospective risk assessment carried out for the dispensing robot installed in Nov 2020.
Document the risk assessment of any new services implemented
Review our existing SOP’s and to analyse any possible missed areas/activities – share these with the team for review and signing.
Finalise the dispensing robot SOPs and share with relevant staff for review and signing and be added to the rest of existing SOP’s
