Staff member has been enrolled on a GPhC accredited healthcare training course. Full review of the tasks the colleague completes conducted by both store manager and area manager, ensuring only tasks trained to complete are undertaken. Relevant SOPs will be completed alongside training programme and prior to undertaking tasks.
