The pharmacy cannot demonstrate that all team members are appropriately trained and competent for the roles they undertake. Evidence showed that some staff members are carrying out duties without having received training that meets the GPhC minimum training requirements. In addition, the pharmacy is unable to provide assurance that all current team members have completed and understood training on the pharmacy’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This creates a risk that services may not always be delivered consistently and safely.

• Untrained staff members to be enrolled onto accredited course. • All team members to receive training on current SOPs and training records updated.
