And it does not always highlight prescriptions for medicines which must be supplied within 28 days of the date the prescription was issued. So there is a risk the medicine may be supplied when the prescription is no longer valid. It leaves tote boxes of medicines unattended in the pharmacy where there is a risk that people could gain unauthorised access to them. |
